Many times people who are engaged in R&D department get stuck in their process due to non availability of desire apparatus to carry the testing the way they want. Many time it is observed that the specifications which are described in standard require to modify to suite individual’s requirements, specifications are not clear to individual, out-dated specifications but the concept is clear. Some time it may happened that they get fabricate but fabricator is not clear about the concept of the apparatus hence the product they produced is not up to the satisfaction to the user. Some time it is require to modify the design to improve the productivity of the apparatus or for atomization. Some time it is observed that the apparatus is require specific skill to operate. The results are non consistency; it gives variations from person to person which is not acceptable. It is expected that there has to be minimum individual’s enrolment in the process to eliminate human-error so that the results are consistence in every test in repeated process of the test. Some time it is observed that the apparatus they are using is not user-friendly so it is recommended to modify the design.

Bacteria Filtration

Evaluating the Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) of Medical Face mask Materials
This instrument is designed as per the International Slandered specificationsThis instrument is used for evaluating of medical face mask materials for bacterial filtration efficiency. The medical face mask material which is to be tested is clamped between a six-stage cascade impacter where Petri disk kept with agar and an aerosol chamber. The bacterial aerosol is introduced into the aerosol chamber using a nebulizer and a culture suspension of staphylococcus aureus. The aerosol is drawn through the test material using a vacuum attached to the cascade impacter. This collects aerosol droplets which penetrate the test material. The agar plates are incubated for 48 hours

Peel Strength Tester

Peel Strength tester
This instrument is developed for the packaging industries. This instrument is used for testing adhesive tapes ,gums etc..The strength require to separate one fix member from the other moving over the adhered surface. The machine is designed to pull the adhesive strip over the steel strip or any other rigid strip at a constant speed without jerks. The direction of the pulling force is kept at 90 degree to separate adhesive strip. The required load is directly indicated by digital display in grams. The maximum load locking arrangement is provided to the display. Top grip is provided to hold steel strip, as well as flexible strip over which adhesive strip is pasted. The bottom grip is provided to hold adhesive flexible strip which pull by way of motorize rotating mechanism at constant speed.

1) Bar Applicator
This applicator is used as single side film applicater. The standard length is 90 mm and film thickness is 25, 50, 75 and 100 microns. Any other size will be manufactured on request.
2) Adjustable film applicator
Width of the film is 60 mm and thickness can be adjusted from 25 micro. To3 mm

This will draw down 8 different film thicknesses of 25,50,75,100,125.150.175 and 200 microns having width of 60 mm.
4) 4 Sided film applicator
This is a squire bar film applicator having 4 different film thicknesses of 30,60,90 and 120 microns.
5) Sag index applicator
This film applicator is used to determine the level of wet film thickness at which a paint film will run down or sag. There are seven steps having 50, 75,100,125,150,175 and 200 microns thickness.
6) Automatic film applicator
This is a motorized film applicator having full control over speed and pressure on
